What happened to my Benny Bucks?

Benny Bucks are changing to Agent Rewards. They are currently available in North America for existing customers only. Any balance of points is carried over to AgentRez to be used in the same fashion. EAN retain the right to change the program rules and restrictions at any time. No commissions are generated for the amount adjusted on a booking using Agent Reward points.

Where can I see the number of Agent Reward points I have accrued?

If you are eligible for the program you will see your rewards balance by clicking on the 'Reports' tab from the navigation bar. Then click Account Summary, and if you have rewards you will see a “Benny Bucks’ link.

How do I redeem my Agent Reward points?

Book a reservation online at www.agentrez.com. When you receive the confirmation, use the contact form link located at the top right corner of the page to send us a request to redeem. You will receive an email from us verifying that a credit is being applied to the charge card used for the booking. Your remaining points balance will also be included in the email.
