Who do I contact to change or cancel a reservation or make special requests?

If you need to change a reservation, the fastest and easiest way is to make a new booking and cancel the one you no longer need. We understand that there may be special circumstances where you need to speak to a customer support representative. 

Outside of North America, agents cannot make new bookings over the phone.

Who do my customers contact if they encounter problems with their bookings?

Our customer call centers are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and operate in different locations around the world. If your customer requires out of office assistance, they can call our call centre or request you to call on their behalf.
