Who can register on AgentRez
All licensed or accredited travel agents and travel service providers can register with AgentRez. The license or accreditation depends on the country in which you are based. We carry out business checks to ensure users of AgentRez are travel professionals and only pay commissions to those that fulfill this criterion. On the registration form there is a list of recognized trade organizations you can select from, or enter a new one.
What information do I need in order to register?
Where a travel agent license is required by the authorities, we ask that you provide us with the license number and license type (examples of a license or membership number include IATA, CLIA, ASTA, ETOA, PATA etc.). Where such a license is not required, an association membership or business registration number will be sufficient. In addition, we ask for your contact information (Company name, full name, telephone, email address, office address) and bank account or payee details so we can ensure you are paid your commissions promptly and accurately.
I am a travel agent but not a member of any of the listed associations, can I register?
On the registration form under 'Agency Information', be sure to select ‘other’ from the ‘Type of travel ID’ and enter the name of the association or licensing body and your license/member number. Once you complete the registration process you will be able to login and start making bookings. Commission will be paid to you after we have completed the business verification process. We may need to contact you for proof of your status, in the form of a copy of your business license or membership.
I have already registered on agentaccess (www.hotelsta.com) in the past. How do I login to the AgentRez site?
In order to login you will need to first visit the website http://www.hotelsta.com and enter your IATA/ARC/CLIA/TRUE number. Then select the agent name and click go. You will be guided through the account migration process to select a user name and password which you will use to sign in to the AgentRez site from now on, along with your Client ID.
If you are not the owner of the account but an agent, you can update your email address during step two of the migration process if the email showing is incorrect.
What is the difference between a Discount Code and Client ID?
A discount code is the old name for the Client ID, an account number we use to credit bookings to your agency. After accessing www.agentrez.com, your Client ID will be visible on the left side bar. Please include it in all communications with our staff.
I've registered, how do I login?
Following a successful registration, you will receive an email with your login credentials: Client ID, username and password. Go to www.agentrez.com and login to the Agent Center. Remember to keep your login details safe and secure. If you forget your password or other details, use the 'forgot password' link to generate a reminder.

What is my CID?
CID is Client ID. In the previous platform it was referred to as a Discount Code. The new platform no longer uses the IATA/ARC/CLIA number to sign-in so you need to know your CID number to use AgentRez. If you did not receive an email with this information, follow the steps above to reset your account and obtain the necessary information.
If you are a new agent and did not receive an email with your CID, username and password you can try to register again, making sure the email address is correct.

I'm not able to login with the login information I created
If you know your Client ID (CID), click on the 'forgot password or username' link below the sign-in form, enter your CID and the email used to register and a reminder will be emailed to you. If you do not remember your CID please contact us and provide your travel agent ID used to register the account, company name, telephone number and address.
